Site credit may be issued for promotional purposes or refunds. All credits are issued in USD.

What are your shipping options?


We currently offer USPS and FedEx shipping. During the checkout process, you’ll have the option to choose from either one of these shipping methods. The system will display the cost associated with the shipping method selected.




How do I apply a promo code to my order?


In your shopping cart you will see below your total for the transaction “Have a promo coupon?”. Click on “Redeem your coupon” and enter your code into the box.




What are the item descriptions and conditions?


In order to provide accurate and detailed information on items posted for sale, our team of professionals examine each item carefully for quality, condition, size and any other relevant factors so we can provide our customers with correct information.

For your convenience some of the condition categories are listed below:

  • Brand New Condition

    • These items are brand new. With some merchandise having the original tags attached. (Some creases and wrinkles may be normal due to packing process.)

  • Excellent Condition

    • These items are like new but do not have original tags and/or labels attached to them.

  • Good Condition

    • These items are gently used and display slight wear and signs of usage.

  • Fair Condition

    • These items display signs of wear and usage with some defects such as fading, holes, tears, or stains.

  • Vintage Condition

    • These items are unique usually referring to merchandise that is either old from a different era or a reproduction of items from an older era, and can come in various conditions above.




How do I track my order?


You will receive an email confirmation once you have submitted your order. Click the blue “Order History Page” link located at the bottom of the email. This link will take you directly into your account where you can view all of your current and past orders.

Another way to track your order is by utilizing the Feature Products page, click sign in or track orders at the bottom.

Entering your email address will prompt the system to generate a link for you to sign in, and access your account. This link is sent to the email address provided by the customer.




Can I modify my order once it has been placed?


Our teams work quickly to process orders in a timely manner, so the window to modify an order once it's submitted is brief. If you need to modify your order please email info@showandsellmerchandise.com.




Does Show and Sell charge sales tax?


Show and Sell Merchandise collects sales tax on orders shipped to all U.S. jurisdictions that require the company to do so. Sales tax rates are specific to the zip code the order is being shipped to.




Can I place an order outside the US?


Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States.




What if I don’t like the item?


Show & Sell Merchandise strives to provide our customers with excellent product through our online store. Show & Sell will fully refund your purchase if your item(s) never ships or the item does not match the listed description, such as incorrect, missing, or undisclosed damage, otherwise all Sales Are Final. To make a claim, and to be eligible for a refund, please submit the request for a refund within 3 days of delivery. All items must be in the same condition in which you received them, and must be returned with original tags and labels attached. If no claim is made within 3 days of delivery, all Sales will be final, regardless of eligibility.

Can I pick my order up?


Yes. For your convenience we have a pick-up option available to our customers located in Central Ohio. Items can be picked up Monday – Friday 8:30AM -3:30PM at our warehouse located at 5357 Crosswind Drive, Columbus Oh 43228. Proceed to the first door marked Show and Sell Pickup.




What do I need to pick up my order?


Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID and a copy of your order confirmation.




How long do I have to pick up my order?


You have 5 business days to pick up your order.




When will I know if my order is ready for pickup?


You will receive an email letting you know that it is ready.
